Pillsbury, the General Mills brand synonymous with baking, has years of experience creating products that delight families nation-wide, making it an authority in the kitchen but never losing its sense of fun. “Nothin' says lovin' like bakin' in the oven, and Pillsbury says it best.” Within three years of his debut in 1965 in a crescent roll commercial, the Doughboy had an 87 percent recognition factor among consumers. We continued to represent this icon of American advertising in all expresions of the brand on the Pillsbury Store site and e-mail marketing we produced throughout the seven years of our Powered-by Cooking.com partnership. A highlight of all design review meetings was waiting to see what the doughboy was up to each week!
