Loot Crate is the worldwide leader in fan subscription boxes, partnering with industry leaders in entertainment, gaming, sports, and pop culture to deliver monthly themed crates of collectibles, apparel, figures and more. Loot Crate partners with major lincensed franchises, including Marvel, Harry Potter, Hello Kitty, Crunchyroll, Fallout, Elder Scrolls, Destiny, Minecraft, WWE, MLB, NBA and more. I joined Loot Crate in its early start-up days in 2016 when it was ranked as the INC 5000 Fastest Growing Company. I led the creative and marketing strategy for a team of designers, animators, copywriters and photographers creating all website, marketing and Comic Con booth experiences.
I gained a wealth of experience with growth hacking to rapidly test and iterate on website and paid media assets, and did deep dives on user experience testing to understand the customer journey of subscription services to develop and implement a user retention strategy across all customer touchpoints.
